(AK) Rotation Set Tornador Z-020 (also for S and RS)

The most important part of the Tornador Black. The rotation set is only delivered as a complete part. 

If your rotation set no longer works, there can be several causes, which we would like to explain here:

• Defective ball bearings: The ball bearings can wear out if the device is operated at too high a pressure. The maximum allowed pressure is 6.5 bar! If you want to operate a Tornador at higher pressure and your compressor also supplies the required air volume, please use the Tornador Classic Z-010. The Tornador Classic operates in the pressure range from 6.5 to 9.5 bar. A rotation set with defective ball bearings must be replaced.
• Burr at the tip: If the rotation set has a burr at the tip but otherwise rotates freely, it may be that the thin white hose inside the rotation set is positioned behind the burr. If this is the case, no vacuum is created at the tip of the white hose and no cleaning agent is drawn from the container. In this case, bend the burr back or replace the rotation set.
• Inner hose too long: If the inner white hose is too long, it can tilt outward due to centrifugal force during rotation and the tip is no longer in the airflow. No vacuum is created at the tip and no liquid is drawn in. Cut the too long hose flush with a cutter knife.
• Inner hose too short: If the inner hose is too short, compressed air pushes back into the container. A clear sign of this is when cleaning agent drips from the nozzle even though the trigger has already been released. The effect increases with higher pressure. Replace the inner hose.
• Clogged or kinked inner hose: If the inner hose is clogged or kinked, it must be replaced.
