Polishing with Tornador – Dual-Action Polishers, Pads and Paint Care

The Tornador polishing line supplements the cleaning tools with professional polishing machines, backing plates, pads and paint-care products. REDOzone thus offers a complete process chain: from loosening dirt with the Tornador through to the final paint polish.

Tornador Dual-Action Polishers PH-15 and PH-21

The pneumatic dual-action polishers PH-15 (5 inch) and PH-21 (6 inch) are the professional polishing tools from Bendel. The eccentric movement gently removes holograms, fine scratches and oxidation without causing burns or swirl marks. Both machines are designed for compressed-air operation.

Backing Plates and Polishing Pads

The backing plates in 5 inch (12 cm) and 6 inch (15 cm) with hook-and-loop attachment are matched to the PH-15 and PH-21. The Tornador polishing pads TS-15 (125 mm) and TS-21 (152 mm) in cross-cut design ensure even polish distribution and rapid heat dissipation.

Tornador SHINE Paint Clay and RAGSHINE

Tornador SHINE paint clay (blue for normal, red for heavier contamination) removes rail dust, tar, tree sap and industrial fallout from the paint surface. The RAGSHINE towel combines microfibre and clay in a single tool.

Tornador Speedshine

The Tornador Speedshine (152 mm) is a quick enhancer for plastic surfaces and matte finishes – without time-consuming machine polishing.

All polishing products are coordinated with each other and compatible with standard polishing tools from other manufacturers, provided the hook-and-loop size matches.

Tornador Orbital Polisher PH-21

Powerful electric orbital polisher with 21mm orbit. The entire machine features an ideal center of gravity, allowing easy one-handed operation. With 6 adjustable speeds, the right balance between speed, pad, polish, and paint can be selected at any time.

Tornador® RAGSHINE Microfiber Cloth with Clay Bar

It removes dirt particles from the paint more easily and gently than conventional clay bars. For example, soak the cloth with pH-neutral car shampoo, fold it four times, and wipe over the moistened car paint. Then simply wipe again with a dry microfiber cloth.
