The first generation of the original Tornador cleaning guns was introduced in 2004 by the specialist Bendel Werkzeuge from Bad Bevensen. The characteristic design – oval body with an attached "gun" – has remained to this day. In summer 2019, the RS series (3rd generation) replaced the previous S series, among other things with a swivel air connection for more flexibility while working. Since then, the RS series has been continuously developed based on practical experience.
Which Tornador Gun is better – Classic or Black?
This question we hear every day. The honest answer: none! Both have their specific application area, primarily determined by the available compressor.
Tornador Classic Z-010S: Recommended with a sufficiently large compressor. Works with higher pressure and larger rotation diameter; the usable kinetic energy is higher than that of the Z-020S. Pressure range: 6.5–9.5 bar.
Tornador Black Z-020S: The better choice with a smaller, mobile compressor – no constant pausing while the compressor builds up new pressure. Pressure range: 4.5–6.5 bar.

Tornador Z-007 Mini
The classic in mini format: small, compact, and pocket-sized, for dry cleaning hard-to-reach areas. Utilizes the proven Tornador hose technology for over two decades.

Tornador Z-008 Mini Orange
For users with smaller compressors: with integrated rotation set (like the Z-020RS Black) for uniform cleaning with reduced air consumption. Works in a pressure range of 4.5–6.5 bar – ideal when the air runs out with Z-010 or Z-007 Mini.

Tornador Gun Classic Z-010RS
The original: compressed air is highly atomized with cleaning liquid and, through the technology in the outlet funnel, creates a true "tornado effect". The basic/entry-level classic among Tornador guns.

Designed without a cleaning cup – ideal for particularly hard-to-reach areas such as ventilation slots, seat rails, or door storage compartments. High air volume flow and intense impulse effect.

The newly developed impulse technology for uncompromising cleaning – starting from approximately 4.5 bar working pressure. Also operates with a 230V/2.2kW piston compressor (from 270 l/min delivery volume) and is suitable for both stationary and mobile use.

Tornador FOAM Z-011RS
The foam cannon prepares cleaning liquids into solid, standing foam and significantly extends the exposure time. Excellent for intensive pre-cleaning as well as carpet, velour, and upholstery cleaning, with two interchangeable diffusers.

Connects Tornador impulse cleaning guns with wet and dry vacuum cleaners. Rotates 270°, fits all common Tornador models (Z-010, Z-014, Z-020 as well as the S and RS variants).

Polishing
Tornador Excenter Polisher PH-15 & PH-21
Electric eccentric polishers with 15mm (PH-15) or 21mm (PH-21) eccentric stroke, each with 6 adjustable speeds for hologram-free, brilliant finish. The PH-15 weighs only 2.6 kg and is particularly suitable for cars and classic cars with its 900W motor. Both models share a common spare parts group.
