Shipping

We strive to offer you the best service and the shortest delivery times. That's why we work with various shipping companies and parcel services. This allows you to choose the cheapest shipping route depending on the type of shipment. However, the shipment of chemical products in particular is subject to some restrictions and conditions, as are heavy and bulky parts.

Dangerous goods can only be shipped within Germany. Outside Germany, dangerous goods can only be shipped as palletised goods with freight forwarders. Air freight shipments with dangerous goods are not possible.

The maximum weight for shipping with UPS and DHL is 31.5 kg per package. Since many products require additional boxes and packaging material, the maximum item weight that can be sent as a parcel is limited to 30.0 kg.

The shipping costs depend on the number of parcels, the weight of the entire shipment and the selection of the parcel service or shipping company. Therefore, the shipping costs are calculated and shown in the shopping cart. You can also calculate the shipping costs in the shopping cart without prior registration, for all countries to which we deliver.

Delivery times

The delivery times indicated in the item view correspond to the current stock level. Items available for immediate delivery can be picked up immediately and shipped immediately. Orders received by 12.00 noon will be dispatched on the same day if all items are available and payment has been made.

All items with delivery times must be ordered and are usually available from stock after the time stated on the item detail page. The delivery time indicated here for the respective parcel service and any public holidays and weekends must still be added.

Partial deliveries

We do not make partial deliveries. The last item available for delivery determines the delivery date. If you wish to have items delivered earlier, please create a separate order for this purpose.

Taxes and duties

Orders from other European countries without a valid VAT ID will be charged at the tax rate of the country to which the order is being shipped. (OSS regulation)

Orders from other European countries will be shipped VAT-free if a valid VAT ID is available.

Shipments outside the EU are VAT-free. The shipping costs include the customs declaration. Customs duties and import sales taxes are not included and are levied by the local customs authorities according to the law of the respective country.
