Très bien. La commande a été traitée immédiatement par Redozone. Pour la Réunion j'ai été livré en moins de 3 semaines (mais c'est à cause de la lenteur de la Poste Française et non de Redozone).

Netter Kontakt, super Service, leider etwas bitterer Beigeschmack der Versand mit DPD da die Ware vier Tage im Depot lag und dann noch im Blumenbeet vor die Haustür abgelegt wurde, ferner das Paket beschädigt war allerdings ohne das die Ware schaden genommen hat.

Die Lieferung ging innerhalb von 24 Stunden und war gut. Eine Auswahl, für eine günstigere Versandart wäre Sinnvoll gewesen. Ansonsten ein zufriedenstellender Versand.

Das Produkt ist gut, was mich stört ist, dass bei Defekt des kleinen Plastikröhrchens auch eine neue Halterung bestellt werden muss und diese nicht einzeln erhältlich ist..

Die Versandkosten beinhalten neben den Kosten für den Paketdienst auch die Kosten für die Verpackung. Gerade bei Kleinstbestellungen ist das ein nicht unerheblicher Faktor. Wir versenden aus guten Gründen nur versichert und mit Sendungsverfolgung und Abliefernachweis. Selbst eine Warensendung bei der Post wäre dann in der Kalkulation ähnlich teuer.

Die inneren Schläuche für den Tornador können wir nur so liefern, wie der Hersteller sie baut. Da haben wir keinen Einfluß drauf. Die Schläuche sind in der Verschraubung vergossen.

Verpackung lässt sehr zu wünschen,-oder Zustellfirma. Das Paket wurde offensichtlich sehr und fest umhergeworfen. Der Anschlußstutzen der Reinigungspistole durchstieß die OVP sowie den Umkarton aus Wellpappe, wobei dieser sehr eng an der OVP anlag.
Da sollte wohl etwas geändert werden.

Wenn das Transportunternehmen schwere Gegenstände auf ein solch kleines und leichtes Paket wirft, hält auch die beste Verpackung nicht stand. Wir haben extra einen passgenauen, doppelwelligen Karton anfertigen lassen, damit die Tornador-Geräte optimal geschützt sind. Allerdings können wir auch nicht alle Eventualitäten vorhersehen, die beim Transport auftreten können.

Wenn das Gerät beschädigt wurde, bitte reklamieren. Wenn nicht, hat die Verpackung wohl ihren Zweck erfüllt.

Tout est bien sauf le faite de me Rembourser un Produit qui n’était pas disponible via PayPal Alors que je n’ai pas de compte PayPal heureusement se n’est que moins de 10€ !!!
